Somehow they have mixed the fillings for spring rolls and Samosas. Which could kill someone as they are not labelled correctly.Self service machines are terrible and barely work

Went in today to get vinegar. The whole top came off the bottle I had in my basket splashing all over the floor and my jeans. I went to tell a manager and she ignored me and demanded two employees get a mop straight away. I was taken aback at how she spoke to the staff and never even offered me an apology or asked if I was ok. Just because this is the only supermarket in church strett does not mean you do not have to be polite to customers or staff

Please instruct your till operators not to be over friendly with male customers , especially when with their wives/partners.Horrid till experience at lunchtime today for me, when with my male partner being flirted with by a silly middle-aged fuzzy grey haired female till operator, nearest the entrance.Spoiled my shopping experience there today, completely.She giggled constantly so sillily and asked question after question etc regarding where we'd been today etc etc. Wish she'd done her job better.Shan't go here again, unless absolutely desperate.Too costly here, too

I found the younger staff to be rude and disrespectful. Laughing at your customers and answering back in a condescending manner when someone make a recommendation is not great customer service. In all of my years of shopping, I have never been spoken to in that manner. Maybe they need a few more adult staff, as they all seem to be teenagers with little training in customer service.

I lost my phone in the church stretton coop.Luke and Jay were amazingly helpful and professional and found it for me. Cant praise them enough. So nice to shop on the coop when there are such good people there to help customers.They are a credit to your business.Cath Nockolds

Unsafe. A largely facemask-free shopping experience even though it is currently compulsory in enclosed public spaces. If the staff wandering around the shop don't wear them then, ironically, 50% of shoppers seem to feel they can get away without wearing them too. I can't believe so many are exempt.Otherwise, a good shop that also sells local produce.

A very clean and, good product range.Unfortunately. To Expensive, with Extortionate prices. This Town needs a Lidl.The Attached Car Park is 50p an hour, including disabled, not reclaimable inside. One can choose to Park in the car Park free 15mins! Which is not long enough.

Thank you to all members of staff! You have worked tirelessly throughout this pandemic to ensure your customers needs are met. Today I did my usual Thursday shop, all members of staff were wearing masks, even though now the restrictions have been lifted.....commendable in this heat, but so very much appreciated. As a member of the Church Stretton community I thank you. ??

Awful shopping experience today. Young staff members stocking the chilled section and whilst it was nice to see them working and chatting it wasn't so nice to be subjected to foul language. Perhaps some training would be be advantageous? And whilst you are at it certain members of till staff need to learn customer service skills. Leave your troubles at home and smile more.
