“We booked Saturday -Monday Aug Bank hols. I booked an accessible room. On arrival we were met with a warm welcome from Ellen. We booked early arrival & meal deals for Brewers Fayre. The accessible room was spotlessly clean. Later in the evening there was an issue with the toilet. I spoke to Natasha at reception who went out of her way to try to resolve the issue. The next day we were moved to another room when it became vacant, this was also spotlessly clean. The staff at this Premier Inn are fantastic. They go the extra mile to help. They are kind , friendly , helpful & great fun to talk to. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.Nearby activities: Visit Blists Hill Victorian Town. It's fab”
