I purchased a personalised pillow, after waiting for it to come for a week (did not have a problem with this). I had the pillow gift wrapped but decided to open it to ensure the product was correct and satisfactory. However when once opened, the pillow was for another person and in fact sent me someone else?s order with the correct invoice to match my order? I have emailed the company twice. Monday and Tuesday, yet no reply and sent proof of what had been sent to me. As a company, this should be rectified. This was a Christmas gift, and I?m lucky that I opened the gift wrap otherwise they would have opened a pillow with someone?s else?s dog on it. I am extremely disappointed that I have been ghosted by the company and spent £25 on a pillow and delivery. I understand that mistakes do happen. However, the company has not acknowledged the mistake.

Issue with delivery and Im now without my order and without a refund, awful experience. They use a delivery service with a terrible reputation, and make little effort to resolve issues. Not worth the risk, you can get the same products from a more reputable provider with more reliable service.

ALERT and AVOID AVOID and AVOID This is a Scam you will never received gift or Money back We order a gift for my brother wedding anniversary few weeks back and paid extra for quick delivery but we haven't received anything even after even a month, when we call there number The lady call Robin was very rude and unprofessional when we inquire about our gift parcel she was unable to give us any detail about the royal mail if they posted or reference number to track or any date or time when this will be deliver,\\nour advise please don't buy anything from the Gift experience etc you will loose first your peace of mind, and hard earn money

Shocking. Do not order from this company. They do not replace when they get the order wrong. Now I?m left with a present that doesn?t make sense. Avoid!

The Gift Experience have a great website and array of products. However, I ordered a personalised pint glass for my Son?s 18th Birthday a week and a day before and it hasn?t arrived. I appreciate the Royal Mail strike (only day during this time frame but had to buy a last minute generic replacement for the day. I was told I have to wait 15 days before It can be declared ?lost? by Royal Mail and it?s in the hands of Royal Mail, not the retailer. Other parcels from other retailers have arrived. Such a shame. Maybe consider using an alternative courier or delivery option for a special occasion or pay for a a pricey expedited delivery. Just very disappointed. Hope to get my money back but how long for that, I have no idea.

Purchased royal mail first class delivery, 5 days later nothing has shown up? If I had known it would take so long would've chosen standard delivery. Please make this known to customers in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSBOUGHT A STAR FOR CHILDREN TO REMEMBER THEIR MUMMY WHO HAS PASSED AND THEY SENT ME ONE FOR SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE THAT THEY CANT SEE AND ARE REALLY UPSET. CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO CHANGE THE STAR OR GET A REFUND AND WAS TOLD ON NO UNCERTAIN TERMS THEY WOULDNT DO ITAVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not even want to give one star as it has by far been the worse gift buying experience I have ever been through made my order OVER one month ago and still haven?t received anything ended up having to get my money back for half the order but for what has been personalise I couldn?t get a refund and as I didn?t reply within the first 12hours of their email they said they have now disposed of the item. Honestly DO NOT ORDER. Spoke to Robyn and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. When explaining how upset I was I was ignored. There?s soo many personalised gift shops I wish I spent my money somewhere that cared about their customers ! Very upset

Ordered a glass tankard for Father?s Day and what I asked to be engraved onto it hasn?t , I asked for dad happy Father?s Day lots of love Rosemary 20/22 , I asked for this as after 52 years I?ve met my dad so this is the first Father?s Day for us so the date was important , instead it reads dad happy Father?s Day enjoy your beer love Rosemary quite annoyed !!!

I paid for 24 hour delivery (first class) and my item should now have been dispatched as per your terms but no response from yourselves other than order details. Phone goes to answer machine. I do not need the item after one week, I needed the item within couple of days and I guess you would only take this seriously when you see this review. You should check your emails as well.
