I have used beauty cutz for a few years now, but have recently started getting my hair coloured also. Kelly is fabulous; from consultation to finish. My hair has come out better than I could have ever imagined and I feel she took the time to understand what I wanted and how we could realistically achieve it. The whole experience is lovely and I always feel very welcome when visiting. I would never go anywhere else for my hair! Thank you so much!

So I haven't had my hair cut for over 4 years now and I've never had it coloured anything beyond lighter shades of brown to give it some caramel tones, because of this i had a consultation with the salon and after some explanation of what i wanted, giving me cautions and suggestions as well as advice and guidance I came away feeling much more assured and duefully booked myself in. The booking process for the salon is nice and easy and you get handy text message reminders (if you want) so you cant forget your appointment.On arrival the staff were polite and cheerful, the salon was clean, open and bright and my hairdresser (apologies I cannot recall your name) reaffirmed what I wanted so I knew I would get what I wanted. The whole process was relaxed and easy going, enjoyed a nice cuppa and walked away a very happy woman with some amazing newly coloured hair for what I feel was a reasonable price considering it took around 4 hours from start to finish.I will certainly be coming back for a top up on the colour and might even get my nails done next time, thank you for giving me some of my confidences back.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Always love having my hair done here. My first appointment was after not having a haircut for a few years due to covid. I needed a style that looked good, was easy to replicate, but also easy to maintain. I got the perfect cut and have been going back ever since! Price is very reasonable too!

I had Stacey today and she was absolutely lovely! My hairs curly and thick so I usually have a few hair stylist struggle with my hair which is understandable but she was so gently that I fell right to sleep. My hair has never felt or look so lovely in a long time. Could not be happier ?

I have been using these for many years never missed or cancelled an appointment for my daughters or myself. Except when my husband was critically I?ll in hospital, as thinking about pampering yourself is the last thing on your mind I called the day before to cancel explained why I could not attend , they did not care and still charged me late cancellation charges. So much for regular customers and no compassion whatsoever.I know they have policies but come on ladies you have to use this to your descreation depending on circumstances.Based on this I will NOT be going back as obviously regular customers means nothing to them.

Been using Beauty cutz for some months now with no complaints at all the lady who does the beauty is lovely.Phoned this morning as I am still testing positive for covid to cancel a appointment for tomorrow I thought I was doing the responsible thing by cancelling and rebooking. To be told even though I gave 25hrs notice that I would be charged extra on my next appointment due to me cancelling.When I said I'll keep the appointment then I was told that they did not advise me to come in. So I would have no choice but to pay extra on my next appointment for basically being a responsible customer ITS THEIR POLICY! So because I was trying to protect them from catching covid from me I get penalised.Service: Body waxing
