What a gem of a shop in the heart of Oswestry, we were greeted warmly when we walked in, straight away we saw and knew instantly it was the bed we wanted. The delivery was absolutely outstanding, they let me know exactly when they would arrive, got the old bed out with ease, even hoovering for me when the bed was moved, put the furniture back in place and took all the rubbish away, second to none, will be back again soon, many many thanks.

This is a wonderful shop. We have just bought wardrobes and a chest of drawers from here. A big thank you to Jane, Elaine, Morgan, and Emma for great friendly customer service, from picking the furniture, through to prompt delivery and hassle free installation. Having purchased several items over the years from this shop we had no hesitation in returning last week to choose a new double bed with headboard and mattress. On entering we were given a warm welcome and as much time as we liked to try to find what we wanted. The delivery team were great, Morgan and Emma phoning ahead to give us arrival timings and then carrying everything upstairs and assembling the unit and removing all the protective packaging as part of the service. Their enthusiasm for what they do and provide was really refreshing and we would certainly recommend theirbusiness to all.

What a pleasure to have such personal service from one of the owners, Jane. She was professional, friendly, really wanting to please and to help my daughter find the mattress she was looking for without feeling any pressure. Jane's total focus was putting us at ease.....even when we went back another day to be sure we had made the right choice.Morgan and Emma who delivered were as charming, friendly and professional and took the old mattress away. Without hesitation the whole experience was OUTSTANDINGLY the best I have ever had!!

Brought a mattress from here, and the customer service was outstanding! Jane was very reassuring and patient as I have mental issues. What a gem of a store! If I need anything furniture wise this is my go to store from now on. Also a shout out to Morgan and Emma, whom I didn't meet, but made a great lasting impression on my Mom. Once again thank you and great experience from start to finish.

Fantastic place and people to deal with all through the whole process, from initial inquiries to the delivery of my new sofa. Every person I spoke with was very friendly, helpful and noticeably went above and beyond what I would expect from good customer service. I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent Customer Service experience from entering shop to delivery of products. Staff made you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The delivery team, Emma and Morgan, took great care and skill with unloading heavy chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, unpacking, checking, placing in situ and then taking away all packaging.

I was looking for a local oak furniture shop and found The Oak Furniture Shop on Google. Staff were really friendly and helpful, nice selection of items. Delivery was brilliant, phoned to confirm time and unpacked and built all the items, also gave them all a polish before leaving. Brilliant customer service!

Popped into this wonderful shop to buy a present on Christmas Eve at 1530 ( that I had forgot to buy) , to spot the mattresses and spent a good hour laying on them. Ended up buying a king size mattress and the service, time, care and knowledge was incredible. I was in agony after stupidly buying an Emma!( never buy) They tried to get it to me that day but the warehouse had closed for Christmas. It was delivered on the 5th Jan by more family members who not only delivered it, but took it up to the third floor after removing their shoes at the front door, and put it on my bed and moved the bloody Emma one for me too and took the rubbish away. Brilliant service, lovely people and Nugget the puppy was not bad either. Highly recommended this local company.
