“What a lovely bunch! My battery had died and the fairly useless dealer I got the car from the weekend prior had sent me to get a new battery - they are unable to fit these batteries at ECP, they only supply them. Even so, the guy behind the desk was patient and helpful and when my car wouldn’t start again he called round to see if anyone could change the battery in the car park. He was unable to find anyone who could come out so spoke to Halfords autocentre for me and said if I can get it there it’ll be sorted for me (thankfully another chap was able to jump start me) but they kept checking in that all was ok and I am so grateful for their help. Jack is the superstar in question here! Thank you!”
