“Absolutely genuine lovely guys. Had my m.o.t and full service here in July 2023. Told the guys I wanted to find a genuine reliable and fair priced garage for m.o.t's and services and these guys couldn't be more welcoming. They talked me through what the best service i need (as I've not had a service with my car before so this was my first) and then he said next year or me next service i won't need a full, so even saying that i knew they weren't just after money, so helpful, and even rang me to tell me the advisories on me m.o.t (one failed though anyway) but he wanted to ring me to tell me the fail and advisories first instead of just going ahead and doing the work, most garages don't bother telling you first, so again 100% honest and genuine. And he even had a look at me wiper and radio free of charge, couldn't fix it but spoke to me about why they aren't working and being dodgy and gave me advice. And so reasonably priced as well, especially for a full service - i rang around a lot of garage and they were £50/£80 more!! They gave me a lovely courtesy car and in return i filled it up to 167 miles (when i borrowed it there was 65miles in) so i gave them 100 miles more because i couldn't not, not with how reliable, honest, genuine and Absolutely lovely guys. “I was thrilled with the service provided by Plough Garage. Finn arranged collection and delivery of my car to suit me, and provided me with a lovely clean courtesy car to use in the meantime. I haven't always been so lucky! My car was looked at on the same day, they diagnosed an issue I'd been having with my rear windscreen wipers, advised me of the costs to fix it, and sorted my aircon out.Their customer service, knowledge and skills are exceptional. “Great all round service , polite ,knowledgeable well managed staff.The one and only " fault" was the price for front wheel alignment,,, £65 is way to expensive when most of the local tyre fitting companies charge between £38 and £44 for this service. I took the car elsewhere and got it done for £38 ,,,,,,,,nearly 50% cheaper”

“Life savers. Had rear brakes go on a long drive down to Shropshire for essential patient care. After a phone call to Brake'n'stop (5pm Friday)these guys got my car in at 0 notice the next morning and were able to get me safely back on the road. All be it a bit lighter in the wallet but did have rear discs, pads, caliper and 2 tyres changed (and at reasonable cost). Martin and his team very straight talking, tells you how it is, likes Chocolate Hob Knobs and knows his stuff.If you need brakes, if you need tyres, if your in trouble there's only one team to call.........the Brake'n'stop team. “What a lovely bunch! My battery had died and the fairly useless dealer I got the car from the weekend prior had sent me to get a new battery - they are unable to fit these batteries at ECP, they only supply them. Even so, the guy behind the desk was patient and helpful and when my car wouldn’t start again he called round to see if anyone could change the battery in the car park. He was unable to find anyone who could come out so spoke to Halfords autocentre for me and said if I can get it there it’ll be sorted for me (thankfully another chap was able to jump start me) but they kept checking in that all was ok and I am so grateful for their help. Jack is the superstar in question here! Thank you!”

“Recommended a suitable DAB unit for my vehicle on the Thursday when I visited, agreed to work being done paid a deposit and expected a call when car specific parts were delivered. Phone call at lunchtime on the Friday to say parts in and ready to fit. Drove to Shrewsbury from Newtown, Powys and work was completed by 4 o'clock that afternoon.
