Went in store and Debbie was fantastic from start to finish. She was courteous and gave me space to try out a number of different options and mattresses and couldn't do enough for me! Would highly recommend ?

Yes, with pleasure. Just adjust your prices. It turns out to be impossible to buy a mattress at the price advertised in the store. There is no possibility to pick it up locally, you MUST pay for delivery for 20 days

Bensons for beds are certainly one of the best companies we have dealt with for a long long time. There is nothing that is too much trouble for them to make sure you?re buying the right thing and the delivery service and realibility is second to none. Wouldn?t dream of using anyone else. Missed a box on Delivery and we had to sleep on the floor, some customer service were helpful some were useless. We have no slats to our bed till at least Tuesday. Hopefully we will get some compensation from Benson for beds. We currently have a £2000 pound ornament in our bedroom, that we can?t use.

order was incorrect, delivery was arranged for a day i had booked off work, to be told they will drop missing item off when next in area, when i said i had another day off could they deliver item then, i was told no, so was given a similar item off someone else's delivery.

Nice beds but customer experience is terrible. Our bed was delayed 3 times and eventually took 5 months rather than the quoted 5-6 weeks. The excuses changed each time (in stock but delay at docks, to not actually in stock and problems at factory). Probably won?t shop here again.

Manager gave me impression I could return a pillow if not suitable. Told unable to day after purchase. Told pillow is special 'breathable' memory foam, simply not true at this price point. Disappointed with dishonest sales tactics. Was considering mattress from them but not after this experience.
