A really nice shop and I would not hesitate to recommend either this shop or the brand as both being high quality. The staff here were also very helpful and friendly.”

“I went Into Barbour this afternoon to try on a few jackets. The staff were excellent, went over and above the call of duty, definitely went the extra mile to help me.The store was clean, tidy and very well presented. The staff were all impecibly dressed and their knowledge of the products was 1st class. I wish I had got the ladies name who helped me for a special mention. I went in for a jacket and ended up buying a jumper aswell. Well done.”

“Wwnt to hire a suit for a wedding.very helpful polite staff, had an appt at 1 but was early and they still saw me.I'm very broad shouldered so was very limited on suits to hire as they are a small store but generally very happy with everything.might go to a bigger store next time to have more choice ?”

“Charlie's in Shrewsbury is a fantastic store. What don't they stock? They even have a Christmas light lady expert who helped us choose the right lights out of 50 sets or more.I bought the cheapest Ad blue I have ever seen.Great Christmas displays too.”

“A bit better than the Telford Matalan store in my opinion as it often has a better stock of products, and items not available in the Telford store.Access to the store is better than Telford too, it's easier to get into and out of the carpark during busy times.All Matalan stores offer good quality products at reasonable prices though. With so many stores and department stores closing (like Debenhams) we all need stores like Matalan, so I am happy and very appreciative with the service they all provide.”

“A very good atmosphere and an excellent shopping experience. The store is spread over three floors. The ground floor has menswear and the food hall, the first floor women's clothing and cosmetics, while the second floor has a cafe. The first floor has an on Street entrance as well as an entrance into the Darwin Shopping Centre, while the ground floor has entrances into the Darwin Shopping Centre. I have always found the staff to be very helpful, professional and approachable. Well worth a visit.”

“Lovely baby and children’s store with friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. A great shop for new Mum’s as there’s changing facilities, a changing room (with a chair so you can comfortably nurse in if needed) and for bigger children there’s even a little table in store for little ones to do some colouring in. Beautiful clothes and toys too.”

“Costa has great coffee I pop into many of them however the breakfast wrap is totally disgusting! £4.15 and it is the worst buy I have ever had. I had to return it as it was so vile, the staff were helpful and gave me something else but be warned do not buy one you will be disappointed.”
