It's not often I leave reviews but today I took my mum to collect a car battery she had ordered online from Euro Car Parts and I have to say the lady working there was absolutely fantastic. I'm a wheelchair user and she carried the battery out to the car for my mum and was absolutely friendly and full of smiles/advice. Give this kind lady a raise! Sorry we didn't catch her name but the way someone treats their customers speaks volumes and we would return just for the service. Thank you very much for helping us both.

Slow service but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They need to improve the time they serve customers particularly when more than one is waiting.

Order was apparently ready to collect the previous day I was waiting 10minutes to see sombody then another 10 minutes why they couldn't find the orderA bit unorganised to say the least

What a lovely bunch! My battery had died and the fairly useless dealer I got the car from the weekend prior had sent me to get a new battery - they are unable to fit these batteries at ECP, they only supply them. Even so, the guy behind the desk was patient and helpful and when my car wouldn?t start again he called round to see if anyone could change the battery in the car park. He was unable to find anyone who could come out so spoke to Halfords autocentre for me and said if I can get it there it?ll be sorted for me (thankfully another chap was able to jump start me) but they kept checking in that all was ok and I am so grateful for their help. Jack is the superstar in question here! Thank you!

Great place for all items you need for your car! Kirsty is always on the main desk, very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to assist! Can call up and the staff are always helpful and will order in if they don't have the part you are after - if you call in morning they are normally able to get it by afternoon if there is an order due in!

Great prices and a great range of products, the staff are also friendly and helpful. The website is user friendly, I would like more help when it says there are multiple options for your vehicle. It has good parking for collection but the door wouldn't be very wheel chair friendly. Great place.
