The people who work here (today Dave, Mac & Craig) are really helpful. If not sure of something they can recommend alternatives/more suitable materials for your task and/or various price ranges. Been here before (different staff) and nothing seems too much trouble for them.

Anything and everything you would need for a building project. Coupled with extremely knowledgeable staff, willing to go the extra mile, also the delivery drivers are of an extremely helpful disposition, with nothing too much trouble. I often think they are an overlooked part of the end to end process. I would not use any other supplier.

Hues Gray has a great one way system around there Shrewsbury warehouse and around the main store.There is always plenty of helpers in and out of the store to help with any queeries you may have. The store itself has good spacing and protected screens to keep everybody safe .If you want bricks,plaster,cement,artificial grass or even decking etc this is the place.Plenty of parking and plenty of help.

Product was as requested but delivery was advised to be with me for late morning, so I took time off work and my self employed son declined work? Despite my phone calls mid morning, early afternoon, 3pm and 16.30 to find where delivery was, no delivery arrived til after this. Phone staff were very apologetic but my wage and my son turning down work as self employed has resulted in a £60 delivery probably costing us over £250. This is a shame because the shop/phone staff are very helpful.
