  £17.50 for two breakfasts. Only edible thing was the beans and the toast. Egg white was still runny on the top, sausages were like cardboard, soggy hash brown. Called to ask for a refund to be told ?that?s how they go out they?re lovely.? I never complain publicly but that really was naff and the response was less than ok.

  Majority of our order through Shrewsbury Eats was fab, however when i phoned to chase a missing milkshake i was told "we're busy today, we forgot" and "if you call SE they'll sort your refund". A bit of polite customer service in the form of a "sorry" would have been nice, particularly as I could hear someone in the background prompting the person I was talking to to say it!

  I love this cafe. The owner is lovely and the cakes home made. Sat outside on a very pleasant day with a nice cup of tea and a coronation chicken sandwich on brown with a little salad garnish and some tortilla chips. Really enjoyable.
