I tried to collect a parcel today as advertised online that the opening times are 8am til 8pm, but when i got there at 6pm it was closed and i was told by the coop staff that they are only open 9am til 5:30pm. They really have to change the time as it is wasting people's time.

Advertised opening hours are deceptive. You have to contact them to "ask permission" to pick up a parcel after 5:30pm.

Tried to collect a parcel today. Opening times on Google and PO own website state 8am-8pm. Was told by Coop staff when I arrived at 7pm that PO actually closes at 5.30.

Online opening time is 08 am in reality is 09 and is annoying when you get there for nothing.What is even worse is that 3/4 of the staff is extremely slow on doing there job.Avoid

All usual post office facilities. Is an Amazon parcel pick-up point. Parking is available in supermarket car park.
