I just went in to get some money from my daughters savings account and got the most rudest girl you can imagine!! at 47 years old being spoken to like a child made me feel really angry and after her rant at me about letters i would of received saying this account would now need a card and why haven't I got one etc to look on her system to say this particular account doesn't need a card - no apology, i wish i would have used the happy polite girl on the next counter and i told her this. She was very rude and full of attitude and i wish i had taken her name to shame her.. i wont be saving there anymore!

rating is for the main customer service phone line.... my Mum is 83 and doesn't have online banking, her card has been declined whilst out shopping.. we have been waiting over an hour (1 hour 20 mins)trying to get through to customer service at the moment its still just ringing! the customer service does not exist as far as I'm concerned! what if we were trying to cancel her card because it had been stolen!!!!

Only had one problem while trying to cash in money at an ATM but that wasn't their fault and they resolved it quickly, always been helpful. No complaints.
