Ordered a small americano and small tea to drink in, the cost was over £6...the young man who served me had obviously left his smile at home along with his customer service training. We had to go as train had arrived ..I ask Mr unsmiley if he could transfer coffee to paper cup and he charged me 5p for the honour.....

They?re fast pace, lovely and kind and my server (Issy) helped me choose my order and served me with a smile on her face. excellent staff, would highly recommend

Very unfriendly male member of staff. Completely rushed the transaction and didn?t even ensure Starbucks card had scanned properly (or didn?t care?). Then proceed to make the drink incorrectly. This is a store which charges a premium for being a train station store too. Never again.

Great staff, great coffee.It was pretty quiet so the barista and I had a great conversation. It helped pass the time while I waited for my train. It was a cold day, but it was warm and cosy in the little shop.Thank you guys!

I had 5 mins to get my train and they got me a coffe and heated up a sandwich with minutes to spare! Incredibly efficient and considerate staff!

Price on Price list does not reflect the cost of your coffee... I paid £3 for the smallest Black coffee which was listed as £2.95 and when I asked a the female barista she kindly informed me that is the price of you have your own cup. Conclusion : Cost of living crisis and they price gouge me on a cup they should provide me for coffee that cost them less than 20 pence. Post-script: The male Barista on the 29/10/22 at 1500hrs approx is in need of customer service training and being taught the basics of kindly dealing with the customer with a smile.

I use this place quite often on my morning commutes.The staff are great, friendly, efficient with the orders and make a good coffee. Although I can only vouch for my usual large cappuccino or a cold brew if it's a bit warm.I would like some clearer signage on the 'merch' section, as it is a bit of a turkey shoot on what the prices are (although not unique to this branch).

Overall good quality food. But unfortunately, i was blatantly accused of not paying for a brownie. Despite me insisting i did and pointing out the person who took my money, she still uttered"no you didnt" until i said go and ask her. She did and turns out I DID PAY.It was embarrasing and i felt insulted. I will avoid this particular branch not because of the food, but the customer service.Shame as Starbucks usually has excellent service!
