Tried to exchange an item that my 3 year old already has two of! Alas we did not have a receipt as it was purchased by a relative for her birthday and we did not wish to offend them by asking for a receipt. Only the Entertainer sells this exclusive item and all we wanted was an exchange. Ironically the item we wanted would have involved us paying nearly double the price of the original item. We were with our little girl as well, so it?s a great shame the pair of staff we spoke to - Both of whom were bored chatting in an empty store with nothing to do we?re so unhelpful. Whilst we remained calm they both pitched in to explain why they couldn?t help us with a lovely tone of sarcasm! As an ex retailer chain Regional Manager I understand their argument but as a now EX Customer who spends up to £1,000 a year in your stores it?s a shame when common sense and a little customer service is lacking. We kept the item and had to buy the other thing we had promised to get her (with our misguided \\u0026 hopeful common sense exchange) elsewhere. Have spent nearly £450 so far in those 3 weeks since and it?s nice to know The Entertainer is doing so well it can afford to lose custom to its larger and cheaper competitor! I?m sure you both won?t look so bored and uninterested when you have moved location but I?m sure you will continue to demonstrate a lack of customer service skills, which will be at detriment to you long term over any pandemic, Poor show guys

Good selection of toys and games. Nice to see the staff and business are here after the pandemic. They were helpful and it was a pleasant experience.

Really well set up for safe shopping! And friendly and helpful staff. Not the largest store ... But have a good all round selection.

Staff are amazing here, and get 5 stars. The shop itself is relatively small, and doesn't open on Sundays. The choice is ok though, and they do often have deals on certain items.\\n\\nIt can't compete with Smyths Toy Superstore for size or choice. Smyths is open Sundays, so maybe that tells you something?\\n\\nKids enjoy going here, and it has a wicked sweet shop next door too. Always pop in, if in town on a Saturday.\\n\\nKind of reminds me of how toy shops used to be, many years ago ;)

It's a toy shop, went in here looking for Xmas presents. Seemed to have a good range of the latest games including quite a few board games
