Barclaycard using incorrect mobile no.I spent one hour on phone to Barclaycard trying to change no who finally told me they cannot change and I need to visit a Barclays branch to change.UNBELIEVABLE.

Very disappointing service at Barclays Telford Town Centre branch this week. I had a very straighforward query regarding a transaction that wasn't possible using one of the in-branch machines. Staff on the floor couldn't solve the issue and I was told I'd have to wait at least 45 minutes to speak to an advisor. Closure of local branches in Oakengates, Madeley and Wellington over the past 18 months has left Telford TC as the only branch in the area and their level of service has gone down noticeably.

Very rude staff member with no clue how to treat the customer.She didn?t want to let me speak about my problem and talked to me like rubbish.When I complained was told she was having a bad day?Didn?t feel welcome and if your depositing cash they are not interested in you at all and gave me any excuse not to come to the branch again.Best avoid Barclays they just don?t care.

I decided to change my bank after I was treated maliciously using the hotline when I asked for help in obtaining a refund for a transaction that did not take place, I paid using my bank card, I did not receive the product and most importantly the bank refused to help me. No thanks because you are welcome.

They are terrible. Iâ??ve had to ask 6 TIMES now for online banking info. Every time theyâ??ve either sent out something totally irrelevant or just nothing at all? My banking app on my phone is now saying an error code so Iâ??ve rung up to try & sort it & theyâ??ve said there is nothing they can do? I asked if they could just tell me if a payment had gone in & they said they canâ??t access my account. Itâ??s just ridiculous & not what youâ??d expect from a bank with their reputation. I will be going into branch today to close my account & move any funds out of it. I refuse to pay for an account I canâ??t even access & the fact Iâ??ve been asking since 2017 for this online passcode just begs belief.
