Lovely meal out before spending a colourful evening in Telford. All the staff were really friendly, the food delicious and brought out promptly, and the price was great. Highly recommend an evening out here.

Went Monday evening with a table of 10 and had excellent service, speedy warm food, tasty too (Marco Polo ?). Would recommend.

My kids like to go here but honestly, it?s overpriced, bland, mediocre food presented by what looks like 12 year olds doing their school cookery lesson. The waiting staff are nice and friendly.

Visited when we were in the area for a conference. The area in general is very nice and modern with lots of chain restaurants to choose from. We chose Bella Italia as we liked the sound of the menu. It was very busy and had a lovely atmosphere. All staff obviously enjoying their jobs and very friendly. Fast service and good food, the prawns were especially delicious with a kick from the chilis. Will be our go to restaurant when at our next conference

Food was really good, slightly expensive for what it is but it was still nice. Our visit felt rushed by the staff even though there was hardly anybody in the restaurant, was an okay visit.

Food was edible, nothing special. When you go out for a meal you wanna be wowed not disappointed because you could have made better in your own kitchen. My husband was giving the wrong meal, and the waitress insinuated that that's what he ordered because that's what was on the ticket, the fries didn't come till we were half way through our meal. The olives from a tub were really tasty though. The only recommendation I would give is, do not go! And to top it off you have pay for parking!

The manager was extremely knowledgeable with our dietary requirements. Helped us go through the menu and choose the most suitable options for our halal diet. She did not make us feel uncomfortable and knew exactly what we could and couldn't eat. This was very comforting and we will be back

Waitress really nice. Wrong pizza bought but quickly replaced and apologie given. Food was ok. Nothing special but passable.

Visited here for dinner before an evening film viewing.. Good quality food as expected from Bella Italia. The service was a bit slow but it was quite busy and we were tucked away in a booth. Would eat here again, the prawn linguine was delicious!
