As a result of my personal experience with this company, I would refrain from purchasing refurbished products from them. After purchasing a monitor, I had problems after a few months and had the same problem after the warranty ended, but this company refused to assist or acknowledge that the product was flawed from the outset. I understand that the product is no longer under warranty, but I do not feel that they have considered my entire case. They could have offered me a free inspection to assess the cost of the repair or a discount on future purchases. I will not be doing business with this company in the future.

Great products at great prices, older models but there's nothing wrong with them, just not the most recent/current model, so can be sold cheaper than when new. Great service as answered my questions by email before visiting to look at the tv I was interested in. No pushy sales which is always a bonus, felt under no pressure to buy there & then. Supremely happy with my new tv when got it home & all set up, no problems, great price, will definitely return when needing anything else that they stock rather than go to somewhere like Currys or even off the internet. Happy customer, well done gents!

DissapointedTook my phone in for a battery replacement in March 2023.The engineer damaged my camera and spilt some grease like substance on the inside of the camera lens.I was told this would be fixed, but the engineer needed to order adhesive tape, and it would take about a week to come in.I have rung every month up to August 2023 to ask when I can bring my phone in for repair.Every time, I was told that someone would contact me and no one ever had.I've asked to raise a formal complaint in July 23 and have heard nothing back.They do sell a lot of tech at reasonable prices, but based on my experience, I can't recommend digiland

Bought a 40inch Samsung HD TV which was way cheaper than anywhere else, and has been perfect. Definitely worth a look if you don't mind a slightly damaged box to save yourself some cash!
