Staff polite and friendly, apologised for the food taking a while when I had been waiting for five minutes. Testament to the speed they wish to achieve and the food is great too.Gave one less star for pricing but that's subjective

Ordered through the drive thru and took the food home. The coating on fried boneless chicken was soggy and mushy, chicken itself was chewy and inedible, pot of beans was stone cold (KFC is only a 5 minute drive away). It was so utterly disgusting that we put it all back in the bag and took it back for a refund. To be fair the staff who dealt with us were really lovely and refunded us without hesitation, just a shame a refund was needed in the first place.

Always good food, 99% of time I only buy hot wings but they are top quality, fresh, you can feel and smell they have just been fried, not like in some KFCs where they are dry and cold cause of waiting for customers to buy them. Highly recommended place, best KFC in

After a 2 and a half hour journey up from Bristol I decided to go to the KFC I knew when I lived here 5 years ago. Used the drive thru. Order was taken no problem, paid for no problem. Had a boneless banquet and a cappuccino. Checked in the box and no spork or fork for my beans. No salt no napkins etc. had to ask for a fork, then asked for sugar for my cappuccino no stirrer. And most of all no chocolate sprinkles on cappuccino. Luckily a frequent McDonalds user so had napkins and stirrers spare in the car. Just a little more focus on the customer instead of making us out to be an inconvenience would go a long way. Food was very nice. Shame about the server!

Food was so so. The bargain sharing bucket was very oily and some pieces over fried so had a burnt taste. Service was a bit slow and dinning area could have been cleaner.

YESTERDAY WE BOUGHT 2 GRAVEY BOXED MEAL .WENT HOME THERES NO MAIN PIECE OF CHICKEN IN THE BOXES RANG ALSO THE WE PAID CASH ON COLLECTION THE TILL LADY DIDN'T GAVE ME A RECEIPT ETHIER!! I RANG UP LAST NO ANSWER, RANG UP THIS MORNING SPOKE TO HARRY THE MANGER WAS VERY RUDE WASTE OF TIME HE SAID HE WASN'T ON LAST NIGHT HE CAN,NT DO ANYTHING ONLY APOLOGIES.I SAID YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR COLLAGE GIVE A RECEIPT TO THE CUSTOMER AS WE DIDN'T GET ONE LAST NIGHT HE SAID I DON'T NEED TO TELL THEM ANYTHING. Absolutely do not recommend ordering from here. Over 1 and half hour wait just for them to prepare 1 chips and 1 popcorn chicken, food Stone Cold. Gave me the wrong Chips as they were not the normal ones, they had loads of weird seasoning on it that I did not order. Ruined my whole meal!!!!

I would wish that the fat guy to wear a beard snood correctly, I have found once beard hair in my food prepared by him. There are some basic hygiene rules that have to be followed and I would expect a restaurant like kfc to respect those rules!

I ordered a kfc party bucket at 8pm through Uber eats, the order was submitted and was traceable as normal, the tracking said the order was delayed at 8:30. I proceeded to continuously check the status of it. At 8:50, it said the order had been dispatched, I rechecked tracking at 9pm because the order hadn?t arrived but it said my order had been cancelled at 8:03pm. I rang the trench road restaurant to ask why because there was no reason as to why it had been cancelled on the cancellation and I definitely put knock door on the delivery instructions. The employee who answered the phone had inadequate customer service skills and failed to show any kind of empathy for the mistake that had been caused and stated ?it was not their problem and they can?t do anything about it? and offered no resolution (customer service areas should be providing a solution of some kind in order to maintain business and customer satisfaction) The reasoning was they had no chicken on the bone to complete the order. When I suggested they substitute the food that was missing with something else to complete the order they said they don?t offer that option even though we have received this in other restaurants across Telford. When I requested to speak to management they claimed they did not have a manager (I do not believe this to be true as every customer service area will have management/a senior to report to) I would like clarification as to why the trench lock restaurant has allowed my order to be submitted and tracked through Uber eats then notifying me over an hour later that the order had been cancelled. There has been no communication between the food delivery companies and this restaurant for the messages to be posted on the ordering apps that stock is low/not available to ensure customer satisfaction. This need resolving as a matter of priority.

The lad behind the counter think his name was Jacob, makes you feel so uncomfortable. Doesn?t smile and is that blunt he may aswell not say anything at all. Awful customer service. He doesn?t want to be there.

It seems KFC has gone down quite a bit in quality and service food is more expensive and nowhere near as good as it was a few years ago, I remember when KFC first started, the food was excellent now it's more about profit and certainly not customer satisfaction.
