Really difficult to recommend. Long queues at times. Staff seem to regard everything as too much trouble and are consistently difficult / borderline rude to customers. Hate to say it but you?ll get a better customer ?experience? from a self service post office till than this happy band of campers.

Post office is located in CO-OP store and it is understaffed with long ques and wait times to be served with four positions and only ever seeing a maximum of two serving at any one time.

Lines can get very long at peak times, only ever seems to be 1,maybe a maximum of 2 staff. Went in the other day and 1 lady serving whilst the other was moving parcels around and counting things, she was probably getting things ready for collection but the line was 15 long and slow, just jump on and clear the line and go back to the job before, it was like 2pm not 5 mins before closing. Staff are friendly enough when you get to them but they seem to need more staff to help them!

Don't know whether the clerk was having a bad day but there's only one word to describe her, rude. I only wanted to cash a postal order. The other clerk that arrived later seemed quite pleasant. You should always treat customers as you would wish to be treated yourself.

It has 2 Buisnesses in one Building the co-op store and the Post Office at the bottom of the store all staff at co-op are friendly and polite and so are the staff at the Post Office too they have good social distancing and wear masks and I will pop in again when I need too.
