First of all, only 2 members of staff in the building with a queue nearly out of the door.Secondly, what is the point of having a specialised Plumbfix/Electricfix department, where you are meant to get a specialised service and dedicated team, if I am made to wait untilScrewfix customers are served first and then I?m dealt with.Been waiting just over 6 minutes and have now been asked to wait in the other queue? shambolic.

Waste of time. Can?t turn around orders quick enough. This no trade place it?s for normal people asking silly questions at the counter which the staff hold no competency to answer. You will indirectly kill someone with the wrong advice. Other branches are a lot quicker. Get some consistency across the board please. Stafford park screwfix is a joke.

As ever very reasonable priced. Very friendly staff. Easy parking out side. Wheelchair access. Only reason it's not a 5 and totally understand because of covid but for me the partitions very very clostrafobic especially if your a bigger body person. This is obviously due to cover and also my opinion. Very useful staff helped me get the clips I required for putting the wifes crutches on the wall in kitchen behind where she parks the wheelchair.
