My wife came in here Friday 21st October to get a bank statement stamped by the branch to prove it had been printed in-house and therefore that it is a genuine statement. The lady she spoke to played dumb for half hour and purposely went out her way to pretend to not know what she was on about even after being shown examples of stamped statements from other branches and official direction from the HMRC website. Only after threatening to complain did she go back of house and stamp the statement. No wonder this country's going down the pan with pathetic tiny minded individuals like that, should have been a 5 minute job.

One or two of the staff member are always rude. Also why is there only ever one window open when there is 4-5 windows in total. All i wanted was to pay money in because the machine wasn't working and nobody opened another window. I had to stay 30 mins behind a person who seemed to be cashing in the whole worlds currency.

This bank, branch and TSB as a whole are just poor beyond belief. A bank that will only accept cash deposits Monday to Friday between 9 and 4 only caters to those in society who do not work.As a working person to deposit money into a charity account that helps people, I have to take time out of work.Why can there not be a single day where the bank is open till 6pm? Or 7pm? One day a week maybe open 12 midday till 6pm? Just make it possible for workers to actually be able to do something.Or just accept that you are that poor a service, that as a bank you should just close down, honestly I'd be happy with either outcome, change to be useful or just shut down

Worst of the banks at the Town Centre by far. Sadly some of the staff there dont seem that interested in helping you, the queues in there sometimes are bad, and when they aren't, dont except a very fast visit. To be fair, they did sort a problem with my Wife's savings account to which she was very happy with but otherwise I try and avoid going In branch wherever possible. Sorry TSB, your just not the bank for me and I will be moving my accounts elsewhere, as I do like to go into a bank and sort things out without struggling online.

i have a business account, which i have not been able to access my account online for God knows how long, went to the branch during my lunch time no one was able to help. To change my address on their system took them 3 days. i only have lunch time to sort things in on my account out, the worst experience is each time you enter the branch, you only see ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPING CUES OF PEOPLE, while many are just running around like headless chicken. i have to shout at the manager to sort things out as many people were there and only a lady at the till. its peak period and they should assign at least 2 people to be at the till, lunch time is when most people take their breaks to come sort things out, its common sense to supply staff at the peak period then reduce it after peak hour.

What a joke this bank is. £300 has gone missing out of the safety deposit box. No answer to phone calls from myself or the call centre no reply to emails from the call centre. Absolutely disgusting service. Heads will roll if this doesn't get sorted asap!

Trying to telephone in the branch is impossible. Trying to contact someone in the call centre is impossible. Yet, they are going to record my phone call to help make their service better. Maybe you should get enough staff to answer the bloody phone in the first place!
