Brilliant, I used to be with the one by the doctors in Wem, but after numerous altercations with the staff there, who were very rude and most of the time did not have my medication that I had asked for on an emergency in the pod. So I spoke to a lady at this pharmacy, the Rowlands pharmacy lusher when about changing my prescriptions to them. She said yes, not a problem. I explained the experiences I was having with the other pharmacy which was a Rowlands as well. When I next rang for my prescription which have got some high medicated drugs on there that I need, I rang the pod and changed it to this pharmacy. Since being with this pharmacy. I have never had a problem whatsoever my prescriptions have been hanging on the rail waiting for me and the staff are really nice and pleasant. There was only two members of staff at the other pharmacy that were rude. One was a lady that has left, the other is a man who is still there. He works in the background. He is very rude, but I cannot thank this pharmacy enough for being so helpful and like a proper pharmacy should be thank you so much.

Would it be expecting too much for you to post on your website when/if you will be closed on a Saturday morning?I realise it?s because there is no pharmacist available, but it is extremely frustrating to get to the chemist and see that you are closed!

An adequate pharmacy. At present they are struggling to staff Pharmacists for this branch meaning that although it is meant to be open until 12pm on a Saturday, it often isn't. Which, when you aren't able to get to the store in the week because you work elsewhere becomes a major issue!

I am distraught with tears with how i was treated by the incompetence staff at the "pharmacy" unprofessional doesn't even cover it. I finished early from work to pick up an URGENT prescription from here as sent by the doctor. I turned up at 5 asking for it. There reply was "its not here" you must have it wrong its at the other rowlands pharmacy" so i walked all the way to the docters to go and ask where my prescription was, and very lovely receptionist replied it was sent to THAT pharmacist that i JUST came from it was just awaiting a doctors signature which was done within 2 minutes. by this time it was 5:15. I pretty much ran all the way across town and was 2 minutes away and very relived i phoned the pharmacy to say its been sent and ill be there in under 2 minutes. It was 5:20. And my response was very bluntly were closed. I replied you dont close until 5:30 im only a minute away. The response was we have turned the computers off and the pharmacist is going home. My reply was please can i just come and collect it quickly and the rude woman said go back to the doctors and ask it to be sent to somewhere like boots or tesco. Not im sorry or any hint of empathy. Because of these inconsiderate staff that want to GO HOME EARLY!!! I had walked all the way home in floods of tears because of the side effects of me not having access to my medical can include, hallucinations, severe anxiety, depression ect. I hope you're happy, NEVER trust this pharmacy to have your back or rely on them. Disgusting

Had an urgent antibiotic electronically sent to this my regular chemist. They made the prescription up within a few minutes. Very happy with the Pharmacist and assistant there today; Monday, probably the busiest day of the week along with Fridays.

I visited on morning of Friday 30th April re a repeat prescription and for some advice re a medicine. This was something of an emergency as I had only got my 'order' in to the Prescription Line on Wednesay. Amit the locum Chemist and Pauline could not have been more helpful and quickly made up the prescription while I waited. Thank you so much.

So a mini rant ??About once a month I go to the local Pharmacy in Wem for painkillers (co-codomol, 30 in a box, no more than 8 per day, which is understandable) ie, 30/31? days in a month. Ive been told on numerous occasions that I should go to the doctor for a prescription and I?ve explained back, that the doctor is aware I?m taking painkillers, due to a car accident years ago when a drug addict crashed into me, I?ve got cysts on my kidneys, I have intermittent shoulder pain which flares up sometimes, I recently fell down the stairs and the step whilst moving house (accident prone) I get headaches due to stress and my mum recently passed. I try to take ibuprofen and paracetamol, doesn?t work. So much judging going on, so go down the road of supermarket soluble tablets, which are so full of sodium, that my whole body swells up, because it can?t deal with the salt intake in these tablets, but they work temporarily. However, putting extra stress on my organs and heart. My body can?t handle the salt. I can?t walk, due to the swollen ankles and sodium, but relieves flare ups and pain.So I?m expected to go to the GP, wait 3/4 weeks for an appointment, to pay £9.00 for a box of Co-codomol?? When I can pay £2.00 by walking into a pharmacy because I?m not a drug addict, also not working, also NOT ON BENEFITS??? UNIVERSAL CREDIT?? Having a laugh. I?m just taking a break from work because I had too.So today, in Wem I had to experience total embarrassment and got declined co-codomol in Wem pharmacy, got treated like a drug addict. I?m sorry, I?m not going on Universal Credit or benefits just to get free prescriptions and should not be put into that position. Mortifying, I?ll turn up as a drug addict tomorrow, you may help me then as per Government Policies ??And you?ve been reported to my GP, they aren?t happy

Had an experience with a very rude member of staff, chatting to another staff member while i waited in line, extremely unhelpful and short/abrupt with me. Some training on customer service is needed! Use the pharmacy alot and all the other staff i have had interactions with have been amazing, unfortunately this one member has let them down.

Last week I visited this pharmacy in order to buy childrens vitamins. I looked on the shelf and as I could not see what I wanted I waited in line to ask an assistant for help.
The woman serving, an older woman, short with dyed reddish hair, was, I felt, rude to the man in front of me. When it was my turn to be served I was curtly asked what I wanted and when I enquired about the medicine saying I couldn't see it on the shelf, was told to go and look on the shelf. She then turned her back on me, walked to the other assistant and they then started talking to a man in the shop.
I was furious! I just said well, right, looked at her and turned and started to leave the shop, pointing out how rude she was.
I will certainly think twice before I spend my money in that pharmacy and would suggest that the woman in question either goes on a customer care course, or if she really does dislike her job as much as it appeared, then maybe she should consider retiring and letting someone else represent the firm who wants to be of assistance!
