A lot of planes and cold war stuff. Highly recommended. Needs no comment, it's an aviation museum, you will see planes.

Great place to visit for a wide range of age. We had a wonderful time on Saturday and spent more than four hours going around. Our daughters had fun at the playground with the airplanes we bought from the gift shop. We will return when they are older.

We?ve wanted to visit here for a while. I pre booked and paid the parking charge online as entry to the museum is free. Pre booking is not essential as there are parking meters dotted around. There are a few airplanes in the fields as you approach the museum. Plenty of disabled parking bays and fully wheelchair accessible throughout. There?s a cafe, two gift shop areas and plenty of history and information about. It took us roughly 2.5 hours to walk around. There are interactive screens and short movies throughout which are highly interesting. Would definitely recommend a visit here. There are four hangars jam packed with vehicles, planes, helicopters, cars tanks etc.

100% Recommended. My partner, daughters and I love this place. We take a packed lunch, the food is slightly higher priced. (Plus theres plenty of space to have a little picnic on a nice day )I would recommend you pay for your parking online before you arrive if you're the sort to be looking after the pennies and all that as there is a slight difference which goes the same for the souvenir book which is double on the day. The fact you need to pay for parking isnt too bad considering its per car and entry is completely free.So much to look at and take in we spent three and a half hours there and only left due to plans.2 year old and 6 year old were engaged the whole way round and absolutely loved the motion sensed isolated show style of information (like a mini documentary)It's always been clean when we've been. Always have been and always will be recurring visitors.

We went with some friends who were visiting from Yorkshire. I had been before. However, my partner hadn't. He loves planes and can see the Lancaster go over our house. Sometimes, he loves it. Only £7.50 on the day for parking, no entrance fee. Had a fantastic time. The horrible history's trail was good for the children. You paid for that separately. We saw and read so much lots to take in. Would definitely go again x

I visited my friend in Telford and she took us there for my five-year-old son. My son was impressed and excited about this experience, thank them. I don't hide from you for me, it was the experience of my memory in Syria. We saw similar things that do not bode well ? My wish is to mummify and store all warplanes in the world to be in place only museums.

Yet another great day out at RAF Cosford. Free entry. Only pay for parking. If you pre pay for parking it?s cheaper than paying when you arrive. There is ample parking and a good amount of disabled spaces.Nice play area for the kids. Right in front of the entrance. Good cafe right inside the entrance. Plenty of picnic benches and tables to sit outside. There?s some good VR and motion rides for kids and adults.Excellent displays of past and present aircraft. Good displays featuring selections of equipment and uniforms. Some very interesting stories of the RAF all around the static displays. It?s worth reading them if you want to enhance your experience of the museum.Absolutely love the new bomber command section. Very respectfully put together. Amazing to see the Wellington bomber which was featured in one of my favourite films ?The Dambusters?
