A few of the staff seem to think it?s a chore to serve you- lots of huffing and puffing. Have actually stood there for several minutes waiting whilst two of the men stood/sat there continuing their conversation about another member of staff for several minutes-they weren?t being complimentary either! Would be nice if they could at least try and hide the fact that it was such an inconvenience for you to be there and want them to help you.

Today I had to collect a letter and pay £1.50 for the privaledge ,the letter had a first class stamp on it stamped across by Chester post office .The size of letter was 26.5 X 18.5 weighing 26 gm .I have just looked on line and large letter size is classed as 35.3 X 25 cm , so I would like to know why I was charged for this letter ?. I intend to demand a refund when they reopen and an explanation of why I was charged in the first place .
