Very disappointed with the overall service. Ordered a print from my phone, came back much darker. Wrote to confirm my disappointment and was told using images from the phone could result in darker images. I suggested it would be helpful to mention this prior to ordering. Was told they could lighten at an extra full charge, when asked if I could preview it was told no. So all in all I now have a print which is useless, would not recommend, very poor customer service. I would have expected a free lighter image based on the fact I had not been advised the image could be much darker. In response to your reply. With respect I was only told after the photo was processed that on occasions it could be darker. If I ordered another lighter one I would be charged another £7. So that was not the case at all.

Excellent service! I had several full colour prints that we needed asap, and Chris and Neil did an excellent job of getting them printed for us in time at a great price. Thanks guys, and I'll be back again with the other stuff we discussed.
