Really poor service. It seems to be oriented to sales with about 6 staff members standing around doing nothing waiting for sales. However having purchased two computers 4 days ago I am still waiting for them to be 'set up'. A service which I paid in addition to the computers a total of 100 pounds for. After being told there was a 10mins wait to even speak to someone, I finally came in store. After some confusion they finally found the laptop and realized it had not been finished. There is one person able to set up the laptop and although he said he will work on it, he is also dealing with anyone else as they come in too for other repairs complaints as a priority, ahead of the set-up for the laptop for which I have already waited four days for... I would not recommend this shop.

Loads of staff but still managed to wait almost 20 mins at tills to be refunded item. Staff would rather stand and chat to each other. Nothing ever seems to be in stock.

The staff in the computer section were very attentive and understood my requirements. Also used the Car phone Warehouse section again very knowledgeable but very slow service.

Good service. Very required ad IT systems seriously poor. It took 4 assistants to sorry us out. They all tried hard and we got there. We were swapping a poor iron on instant replacement and buying a Dyson cool fan.

Very well looked after by all that have served me at the bath depot! Always feel welcome in this store and always get the help needed with all products from laptop and printer to toaster and mobile phones. Nice one
