Morrisons, go for a pop in lunch (at lunchtime to be told no lunch). We came across Bath to get some lunch too! No Explanation, sadly just told it was closed.. Feel free to update what the issue was as a reply

Surly and unfriendly lady at the till. Refusing to scan my Morrisons loyalty card because it was on my cell phone. Nonsensical!The queue was so long and she argued for ages about it. Humiliating and a waste of time for everyone.I?ll do my best to avoid that Morrisons

It's a convenient supermarket as there's not much choice in bath for larger supermarkets like this. That said, it's getting more expensive by the day, and as it's the only one this side of town, I'm stuck shopping there. The cafe is often not open when it says online it is, or they're open but not serving anything but coffee. The security have asked to search me outside before I've even entered the shop so how exactly they thought I'd been shop lifting I have no idea. Rude security guards, but the rest of the staff are generally friendly. Plenty of choice for different items of food and more often than not a well stocked fruit and veg, alcohol, meat and bakery sections.

They have most things, the bakery is excellent however, they just don't bake enough so get there early. The staff are generally unhelpful and rude to customers so it's best not to engage with them.

Cafe is an absolute disaster. Never open, or serving food but no sign to let anyone know this. No staff front of house. Constantly running out of essential items.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! We have been to the Café at Morrisons, Bath today and the service was absolutely disgraceful. We complained about the poor attitude and barely done food, which we were met with ' there no point complaining to the manager, it will go no where as he doesn't care'.We left it there as were getting nowhere with our complaint. Then half of us left and as I was walking out after and overheard maybe the assistant manager talking to the two cafe staff bitching about us complaining. Saying what were we even moaning about! They were shocked when we turned around and addressed this. I told them its absolutely disgusting to be talking negatively about customers whether we are there or not.So all in all, horrible underdone food, rude and unprofessional staff and a manager who doesn't care about the customer experience.

Long queues as only 2 tills open and even longer queue at self checkout as 2 out of action.If main checkout staff worked quicker at tills instead of talking like it's a social event things might be more efficient!
