Always had very good service from shop, but it would appear the telephone line has been disconnected. If this is the case why not a contactable mobile number.

Nice suits but poor organisation. When attempting to pick up a couple of suits a few days before the wedding the staff were frantically searching through bags and it quickly became evident that the suits were never ordered. They eventually got them to us the day beforehand but it was stress we did not need. I also found a pack of cigarettes in the suit pocket so I'm doubtful about how well the suits are cleaned.

We recently hired 5 suits for our wedding. This shop was excellent. We went for a consultation which was really helpful. Ahad was very attentive and explained everything really well. After we collected the suits, just two days before the wedding one of the groomsmen discovered his waistcoat didn't fit. The store sorted it out and had someone courier the right size to our wedding venue on the morning of the wedding! Now that's what I call excellent service! Overall we were very impressed with the suit hire, they were all lovely and in excellent condition. Definitely recommend this place for wedding attire!

George from the Bath store was great, had our best interests in mind and not focused on the store getting the sale. Gave us great advice and helped us choosing a suit. Would definitely recommend!

I booked a styling session with Moss Bros in Bath and had the help of a guy called Ben. He was really nice and definitely knew his stuff and helped me find the perfect fitting suit, within budget for my girlfriend's graduation. If you are like me and need a suit, but don't know what you're looking for, then booking a free styling session is an amazing idea!

Today we visited the Bath store looking for a dinner suit. We had a lovely young lady called Tamsin looking after us. Tamsin was truly amazing and very helpful. I confess to being fussy when buying clothes but Tamsin was a true professional in her role and we could not of asked for a better service.

Booked an appointment to choose a wedding suit, I waited to make sure they could fit my larger size before arranging 5 other matching suits. On arrival I was told there would not be any measuring as this happened on the next visit. Luckily I had viewed the hire suit on the website as the assistant was totally distracted by another customer and I didn?t have time to show me the options. I chose a suit and provided my measurements from memory (again no measurements were actually taken) I left after 15 minutes after being told the suit and accessories were being ordered in two sizes and would be sent to the store in a weeks time. The assistant seemed to switch off further when I stated I didn?t want to pay for all the suits at this point until I was happy they could fit me first.I was a little dissatisfied with the visit as the assistant didn?t seem to be paying much attention.But not been experienced with hiring suits I thought it was how things were achieved.About four days later I received a voicemail to say my suit was ready for collection. As this was not quite correct I tried phoning the store but after 27 calls where the phone rang and then was cut off I gave up on that day. The next day after 9 attempts I finally got through and was told it was a mistake but my outfits had arrived for a trial fitting and I could come in any time for this.A few days later we attended the Bath store again and this time there were 2 female assistants and one tried to help but initially couldn?t find any suit in my name, eventually she found a bag and said everything was inside. We I opened the bag there was only one jacket and one pair of trousers inside, nothing else. The jacket didn?t fit and when I explained there was supposed to be the full outfit in 2 sizes the assistant went to look for another bag but eventually came back and said nothing else was in the store. She did apologise but had the brunt of our anger as we had a 30miles round trip to get to the store for a wasted journey. She took all the details and measurements again and said she would speak to the original assistant and get everything ordered again which would take a week.After a week we heard nothing and after repeated attempts to phone the store, I?ve just given up. Even if they contact me, I have no confidence in MossBross and the Bath store. Having now read recent reviews I wouldn?t trust them for such an important product and a very important day

If you want a stressfull start to your wedding, hire your suits from Moss Bros:1) After setting up the order online, we arranged to have all our suits fitted in Bath, which was caotic.2) Later my Dad visited the Bedford store to add another suit to the booking, here it come to light all the measurements had been lost from "their system", Bath confirmed they could not see any measurements either, confirmed lost!3) An apology was made by the Bath store and we was promised some compensation as we now all had to go and get refitted, costing us all time and money (this we never received)4) Weeks later I was called to say my brothers measurements had been found on "their system" but they are confident they are wrong, so he had to be re fitted anyway.5) We eventually all got re fitted in different stores.6) I got re fitted in the swindon store, whilst there I was told I owed half my suit, around £55. I did not as I had paid everyone's suit online, and proved this by showing my online account. She said this is likely due to an issue with "their system".7) In store I was handed a print out of my partys suit order, which showed multiples of some items and different waistcoats, but I was assured its correct as "its correct on their system" and was told the printer doesn't always print what's showing on the system, filling me with confidence.8) Once collecting the suits I was told I owed £39, they could not tell me what this was for, so argued again I didn't owe any money.9) Once home with the suits, 2 shirts where the wrong size and a pair of trousers had a stain on. So I called to ask for replacements.10) On collection of the replacements, they had sent completely the wrong trousers and different shirts (now a day before the wedding), so the Swindon shop manager (who was genuinely very helpful) turned up some replacement trousers for me and found me some suitable shirts.11) After returning the suits and asking for the compensation I was promised, I was told I technically got some suits for free as I hadn't paid for mine (I had, as I'd showed them multiple times already). I was then told I actually didn't pay £20 on all the suits as "their system" sais the suits are £129 and I only paid £109. I said I paid what the online system told me to pay, which was £109, he looked online and agreed I had paid the correct amount.He then said he couldn't help and to complain instead! So here I am!In summary, "their system" is completely useless, they have no idea what you have paid, they might loose your measurements and they can't even provide you a print out of your order as the print outs don't match the system, baffling for a company operating in 2022!!Friendly, helpful staff, let down by a completely useless system!

Booked an appointment for suit rental for our wedding where do I start ??. So we arrived at the appointment time and there appeared to be no staff, we waited at the counter and eventually a staff member came along he seemed to be eating a sandwich and was dressed like he was the next Eminem displaying wonderfully exactly how a suit should not be worn. On top of that he paired his super big I?ll fitting suit with crisp white trainers very unprofessional. So after what was possible the worst first impression we could have got we were taken to the rental section well well well what do we have here ?.. not a lot was the answer. Other than cheap looking black, grey and blue standard suits that we could have brought from marks and Spencer cheaper than we could have rented them from here there were a few other options however not many had matching trousers and when asking if they were available in classic and slim fit we were told my dad could be made to fit into a slim fit! At this point we drew the line and thankfully my brother took us all to grab a coffee and rethink our options. After this needless to say we did not return for the rest of our ?appointment? with the ?professional stylist? instead we went to a few other stores in bath and ended up in suave owl where we were helped by Gary who was amazing so save yourself the time and skip this dismal and disappointing excuse for a professional suit store. (Shame as some of the options they had for sale were actually nice). Wont be visiting again in future.

Ordered suits for best man and groomsmen months in advance, with a view to collect a day or 2 before my wedding. Went to collect items from Bath store but most items were missing and wrong size! Was told I had to come back a day or 2 later - So you mean the day of my wedding?? Staff were completely incompetent at trying to sort the issue. After hours of basically standing at the till and demanding to get the items now, I sorted it out. The whole process is so vague. I could have just kept all the suits and the company would have no idea where they all went. You literally throw the items back into the store afterwards without needing to book any items back in. Trouble is....where else do you go though?

Absolutely shocking. 1 day before wedding and still no suits. No reassurance not a care in the world. My advise would be stay well clear.They have put us under unnecessary pressure.
