Worst customer service, incredibly insulting staff was told to drive all the way to Bath from bristol after sitting in loads of traffic we eventually made it to the store only to be told and grilled about my \\\"lack of iD\\\" despite showing him my driving license, as a non white customer I could smell the racist vibe as soon as I walked in, racially profiled as though he suspected I was a scammer just because we were not white! FGS\\u003e Didnt get any of this hassle with the online team and got a better deal. Never visiting this branch again. Unhelpful and insulting staff.

I don't rate this place somehow l feel they are more interested in whats going on outside n seem to take their time greeting customers waiting at the door ie me also in fact he took my mobile of me an sorted something put for me - l didn't what he did He saud it was sorted Yet when l got home it was no where near sorted There were just 3 of the staff in the corner chatting while l waited 5mins

Utterly deplorable attitude towards my girlfriend in a wheelchair, couldn't make it accessible by a simple moving of a few advert stands and was told \\\"it's not in my job description\\\". So we left after being told it would be an 1 hour and 45 minute wait... In a empty store! Bravo, I say! We subsequently left and got a fantastic deal with EE. Thank you for showing us the light. Amen.

A young gentleman called James assisted us. I would just like to say how helpful and lovely he was. I can highly recommend that if you visit this store James would be the person to talk to as he?s very knowledgeable.

Totally ignored. One female member of staff was prob a friend of person buying a phone but they were laughing and joking have took 45 mins now buying a phone but are not chatting about phone. Male staff ignored customers went upstairs took top off came down and basically went on computer as obviously finished work but really could of helped customers and stayed a bit overtime. 3 lots of customers walked out as had enough of being ignored seriously these staff need to learn what customer services is ! I wouldn't even give a 1 star!

Wanted to discuss upgrade and maybe adding pay monthly tablet.
Refuse to give my custom to somewhere like this.

Very sales aggressive staff, tried to convert me from PAYG to Pay Monthly. The manager 'Will' was extremely arrogant, refused to get answers to some basic questions, and refused to supply the address for the O2 head-office. Staff refused to supply PAYG sims unless topped up there and then. O2 headoffice confirmed the sims should have been supplied and can be topped up whenever you are ready.
Based on this experience just cancelled my O2 monthly contract for my own phone and got a better deal with EE.
Have also raised a formal complaint in writing with O2 with a view to passing it on to the telecommunications ombudsman and also a letter to OFCOM on these sharp tactics by O2.
There are plenty of other phone shops nearby (Carphone warehouse, EE, Vodaphone and 3) I'd try one of those first. Although it seems when it comes to mobile phone operators their monopoly creates a staggering arrogance over their customers.
AVOID THIS STORE - LOOK ELSE WHERE would be my advice.
