The worst customer service going. No respect at all!

My mate has just came in with her two children and her eldest has been assaulted by a member of the staff who has failed to lock the safety door and then another member of staff has opened the main door and let the child run out of it onto a main road there customer service is disgusting no child should be told they should be put on a leash there is no law stating that a child of any age should not be able to walk freely around a shop and how low can you be banning someone because of freedom of walking

Just been in here to try and do a reset on my electric. Pretty simple to do, hes got paypoint but refuses to let me sort out my gad or electric... also keeps telling my that paypoint don't accept bank payments which is incorrect!! I dont appreciate being shouted at infront of customers just because he doesnt know what he's doing. Being told I've got to walk all the way to odd down to sort the issue is rubbish. I WOULDN'T EVER use this shop again, they are overpriced and their attitudes stink. I'd rather walk into town in future would be cheaper too ?
