Very happy to recommend the team at Right at Your Feet, from start to finish a great experience. At their showroom, Nicky was very helpful showing us the options and talking through how things work, she then arranged all the quotes and was happy to requote when we changed plans. Craig did a site visit and talked us through what we needed, and what we didn't need after all, which I found to be very honest, especially as it saved us money (he didn't need to do that). On the fitting day, the team of three chaps were very polite, respectful and helpful and worked swiftly as a team (a well oiled machine) to get the job done well and quickly, cleaning up and tidying before they were done. I used them for carpet and flooring in a rental property, but I will be back when we need some flooring in our own home. The service and engagement from an independent provider is far better than my past experience with a national chain of carpet providers. 5 stars.

Excellent service, friendly staff, price matched to a big retailer and far better CX. The fitters arrived a man down because of covid and still managed to fit the whole flat to a high standard within four hours, and cleaned up after themselves. Friendly chaps too. Highly recommended!

Appalling service. I had Right at Your Feet booked in to fit a blind and the owner showed up at my house over an hour late. I explained that I had an important appointment to get to and asked if we could rearrange. The owner shouted that they do not give times, so I offered to show the email I had clearly stating the fitting was ?booked for 10.30am?. Rather than look at this or rearrange, he stormed off angrily shouting that he would not be back. Avoid at all costs.

We have always used our local carpet shop. Craig as been in Weston for many years so from the visit to the appointment date to laying as been top off there Profession if you read this Craig thank your fitting team for a out standing job it looks great ? if anyone wants a good job done this are the guys you want ?

The team have just replaced and installed some new flooring in our hallway and kitchen. They?ve done an amazing job and it looks so much better than what was here before. They stayed late so they could get the job done and what?s really impressed us is their attention to detail. It was little things like the skirting board in our porch was unstuck and they went ahead and fixed it. They were also really helpful in the pre installation phase, we thought we might have damp and they took all the precautionary measures to ensure it would be OK. Would highly recommend.
