I don?t usually post reviews but this one had to be written for sure. The menu for delivery was not updated yet to include the pumpkin spice latte last week so my husband called this place while I was in labour to check whether they can do the lattes and we could order something with the same price instead. They were happy to do it and they also sent us a treat from their side to congratulate us.The staff has no idea what a difference they made for me. I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for their thoughtful act! So the staff working on 1st of September afternoon, I and my baby thank you! <3

The girl that served me a peach ice tea around 2:45 today was so lovely, she could see I was anxious and just was really smiley. She could see I was looking for a straw and offered me one because I was a bit nervous to ask. Slay

OMG! Probably the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. It wasn?t always like this here.Staff, bewildered & uninterested. Not clean. Flies all over the breakfast food in the closed cabinet, no apology for bringing this to the staff?s attention. Incorrect order. Area manager! Sort your shops out, this one is not up on brand. ?

If I could give no stars I would. Staff useless standing around talking not serving customers can't get orders correct. Flies over the food, staff not interested. Overall terrible service

Very disappointed, tried a new flavour/recipe today(Pumpkin Spiced Latte) unfortunately after 3 sips I found it to be just to sweet for me. So I explained this to the Barista and said sorry but could I please change it for a standard coffee. The Barista replied by saying ?No I?m not allowed to do this because of Starbucks policy?I also found the place full of Students and quite dirty with several staff members doing nothing to rectify this.

After asking for my drink and an extra shot of syrup, I was told I'd have to pay for it so I mentioned I was a gold member and its free. I was then met with " Well you should have said earlier because I have to know for my stock". I've never had this said to me in years of patronising starbucks. The woman was being rude and obnoxious in her manner of speech. Unusual for SB but I guess there is always a bad apple somewhere...and the 1 star was for the coffee.

Sat in corner by the window, didn?t look like it had been cleaned in a while? also some awful noise in the background that sounded like an alarm over the music!!! Felt very very uncomfortable and couldn?t wait to finish my coffee and leave

Been here a few times on my lunch break, one time the Starbucks took twenty minutes because one of the women there wouldn?t stop talking to her co-workers but I shrugged it off and accepted that it happens sometimes. I went there today and one of the workers was extremely rude to an elderly lady who was getting a coffee. She put the drinks on the side and called out what they were and the elderly customer didn?t come get it for a few minutes, I guess they hadn?t heard. Then when she came to get it, the worker was pulling faces and gesturing her, clearly implying that she thought she was stupid for not getting her drink sooner. I?m not sure the customer saw properly, but I find it extremely rude and sad that you would decide to treat a customer that way, especially someone who might be hard of hearing. There?s literally no need to do that. I told one of their co workers but I?m leaving a review because I think it?s disgusting. Don?t know if I?ll be buying again. Sad.

Light and airy Coffee shop with plenty of seating. A relaxing atmosphere slightly away from the busy city centre shopping streets which suits me.Speedy and friendly service too ? Skinny flat white and cinnamon bun were lovely ?Nearly bought a Starbucks Teddy but resisted ? maybe next time ?

Stopped at this Starbucks today to order coffee for my husband & I in Bath. We left without ordering. The store was filthy. They weren't busy, but no one was cleaning the tables & the floor was a mess. Went to Creams across the street. Very clean.
