The rooms are your standard Travelodge. However, we made the mistake of using the restaurant: a quiet Monday. Yet it took over 1 hour for a simple pizza order to arrive; without the chicken that was advertised. Avoid the restaurant at all costs.

I stay here a few times a month for work in Bath. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfy. The cafe is a bit pricey, but still cheaper than other places in Bath. The view from one side of the building is really lovely as you can see from my pics.

Easy to get to but with pay parking but not guaranteed a space seems unfair. No coffee in our room on arrival, I asked someone and she said she?ll get it sorted?never arrived.Second day, we were not given fresh towels and coffees again. We had to go down the reception to get it.. no apologies or what so ever. Oh by the way?.exhaust fan is there for show only and after intense refurbishment?.they forgot to put in shelves.

Recently stayed here and I will say it was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced very uncomfortable bed and couldn't work the heating system so was over heated..When settled in for the night it was quickly disturbed by a firealarm at 6:00 then reception came by to check smoke alarm at half 6 I went for the pre paid breakfast at half 8 to be welcomed by a very small selection of food at £21.10 I expected to eat more then a piece of toast and a sausage wouldn't stay here again and unfortunately can't recommend eitherRooms: Bed was uncomfortable and very hardFood & drinks: Terrible for the prices asked

Went to see the Pub Landlord Al Murray in Bath last night. Good evening but awful 2 nights in the Travel Lodge in Bath! Arrived at 11.30am but had to wander around until 3pm when allowed in. Huge queue of people were then checking in. The room looked like it had not been hoovered and the bed unmade. We were told the laundry sends the sheets back creased but accepted it had not been made up properly. Then we picked up that there was nowhere to sit down and the chairs were missing. Several hours later we asked again and were told.....we are working on it. The floor in the bathroom was slippery with a warning sign up but there was no Bath mat provided. The shower was just a trickle. Both nights the fire alarm went off but by the time we were dressed it went off. To top it all Jill fell over a paving slab in Bath and spent most of the time in agony wearing a knee brace!Rooms: Dirty

Booked one of the new 'super rooms' with a late checkout paid for too. Very disappointed with cleanliness of some of the room. Desk chair was filthy, bad stain on seat and dirty marks all over. Didn't use it at all. Mirror in bedroom so dirty and dusty I wrote clean me on it.Was disturbed just gone 12 noon and again at 1.09pm although I had a late checkout booked and paid for.Have stayed numerous times at this hotel but never had such a dirty room. Staff had coffee delivered lunchtime by courier which was spilt on the top step of main entrance. Coffee still there later in evening so everyone was walking through this into the main reception. Disgusting!
