Great facilities for changing equipped with shower room, a sauna, lockers and toilets.There is always free equipment to use as members visit the gym at different times of the day, I tend to find morning/early afternoon is a great time to go in as theirs generally quieter.I've never had a negative experience here and have found that most members and the trainers will help you correct your form if you are slightly of to help improve your workouts and avoid any injuries.Full range of equipment, classes/sessions that you book to attend either in gym or through the app. You can book in with one of the trainers to have 1:1 sessions to create a program that is suited to your needs and wants from the gym, as well as having accurate body stats taken to help track your overall progression. The best part all of this is included within your membership, I would 100% recommend this gym if you are looking or interested in joining a gym or are looking to swap to a gym more suitable for you ☺️?”
