“From Bath and visiting the area for the weekend and what a treat to find this pub close by…just come back from the Hood Arms and had one of the best meals out we’ve ever had.Goats cheese mousse was phenomenal, the ribeye the nicest we’ve tried and fabulous triple cooked chips. Oh and let’s not forget tempura battered onion rings! ?. All next level.Lovely, friendly staff and owners who added to our enjoyable evening. Thanks to Lou for being warm, funny and interesting. And male owner (sorry didn’t ask your name!) was also lovely. Thanks for a fantastic meal and evening to the talented young chef and rest of the team. Will come back whenever we are back in the area for sure! ?”

“Awesome hosts and staff, very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. My room was a nice cozy space with an extremely comfortable bed. I found the floors to be very creaky (Normal for the type of building) which made me conscious of neighboring guests but it didn't put a damper on my experience. I will definitely be back but for longer next time.”

“We have been here twice and it is just the same The very clean room was lovely and a really good car park in the centre of the town, inside the reception is on the 1st floor lift & stairs available on the ground floor it has a number of places to eat and drink, the only problem was when leaving the Motorway to the hotel It can be bit awkward as there are Two roundabouts very close together so you can easily find your self going around again, but once inside the staf are very nice and friendly would we stop there again, YES it was lovely and we had a really good nights sleep. Thank you ? ?”

“It's a "Vera Good Hotel" with food being served in the adjoining restaurant called "King Sedgemoor Inn", rooms are just as you would expect, as was the food. The reception staff are wonderfull, nothing is to much trouble!!The location is not great, it's outside of Bridgwater just off the main Bristol Road into Bridgwater, inside the "Express Business Park" and Bridgwater itself is "not" within walking distance!!! There are no nearby shops, other than a "Shell Petrol Station Shop"!!!Parking and access is easy, especially for disabled, families etc......and the carpark is monitored by cctv, but, remember to log in your registration number at the hotel or you will be fined!!! Otherwise, it's,"Highly Recommended"!!”
