Staff member extremely disrespectful to myself and another customer who I didnt know over the non use of a face mask even after staff where made aware of medical conditions and medical card was presented. To be rudely spoken to and laughed at after. Will not be returning and will be posting on social media. Disgusting service

Caught out this morning with no petrol left in my car in this country area and in a terrible personal state with an extremely heavy period. I was denied any access to a staff toilet whilst I waited 25 minutes for the garage to allow me to put fuel in my car. Literally dripping, I was made to wait. I offered cash to just leave for them so they could process it when the tills unlocked, pleaded for use of the loo, and all to no avail. Ended up sitting on a plastic carrier bag in my car and crying until 6am came! Cheers! Bastards
