Brilliant service. Derek caught on that Kwikfit who had done my MOT had missed a major and dangerous fail on my MOT. I tried to get them to complete the work, they gave me the run around. Derek hounded Kwikfit on my behalf and got them to complete the work free of charge for me. On top of that, stellar service and home pickup/delivery from Derek and his team. I'll come back here again.

Derek has been my Car Angel many times: he is a very honest, reliable mechanic, who's words and deeds align, which is of upmost importance to me. Delivery has been better than discussed every time. He keeps my 18 year old car going - and this year improved her motor pulling performance hugely with his newly acquired Carbon engine cleaning system.
