“The reception staff could not have been more helpful . I had concerns for my father's health as he had just come out of hospital and seemed quite unwell still. They took details of my concerns and said he would be contacted some time on the same day. I believe with all the upheaval and issues the NHS and doctors are experiencing at the moment this was not unreasonable. He had a call from the practice within 30 mins and an appointment within the hour.The young lady he saw was very thorough and empathetic. She was never dismissive of his thoughts and guided him to take steps to help him with his recovery. Follow up call and appointment was also put into place.I believe Drs are under a great amount of pressure at the moment,and when we are ill we aren't always at our best so it's easy to feel negative about the tiniest of things, this leads to negative reviews.The service provided today by this surgery was exceptionally professional and supportive.
