“I booked on line and, given the length of the film , chose 2 seats at the end of a row, M6 and 7. I was surprised then to find M6 to getbe behind a large pillar that ruined the view of the screen . The cinema was almost empty and it was simple to move to a decent seat but why was there no warning on this seat when booking and when showing the ticket why did the cashier not point out the poor position and at least suggest a better option?.”
