The opening times on this website are INCORRECT! I have just made a wasted journey because the website indicated the parcel collection office was open between 4 and 7 on a Thursday evening. It is not!\\nPlease update the website with the correct times to avoid misleading others.

Open for 2 hours per day, one person on a desk, zero parking... why does this exist again? Privately owned does nothing for real people!

Ridiculous times, how can people pick up their parcels, I work Monday to Friday at 6am till 3pm.

I just went to collect my parcel as it says on Internet that is working, but it is closed. I don't mind about the changes of opening times, but it would be very useful that it would reflect on internet too.

According to website open 7 - 1:30 yet inreality open 7 to 9 only!

It's a joke. Opening hours 7-9. Wednesday closed. But on website it's showing different opening hours.
