Simon sorted numerous electrical issues which were serious and could have meant the end of the car. Happily he dealt with everything and kept me informed of progress. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person and works out of neat and tidy premises. Highly recommended.

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service from Simon. I called him to say I had an issue, he answered the phone promptly and said i could drop my car off and he'd have a look at it by the end of the day. Shortly after I had a phone call to say he'd found the issue and quickly sorted it for me. I will be recommending his services to everyone. Simons knowledge on electrical issues are 2nd to none his I for detail has been exceptional in this instance . i had taken my vehicle to many garages before with this electrical issue and it was untraceable by everybody else Simon was able to explain the issue to me with an in depth explanation and was really fair on price i would definitely take any of my vehicles to tsl again and save the hassle of trying othersThank you once again SimonService: Electrical

Had a radio installed, terrible quality, told it was the cheap radio but took to another garage and it's working fine, wasn't cheap either. Garage owner called me up to call me a key board warrior, and to say they were annoyed I didn't go back to them, then hung up on me.

I recently had an experience with TSL that left me thoroughly impressed. I arrived with a broken connection in the near side indicator, uncertain about the seriousness of the issue. We decided to leave the car with Simon, giving him ample time to investigate and rectify the problem. In no time at all, I received a phone call telling me the problem and been located and resolved.Very pleased with the level of service and the quality of the work done. Simon was not only efficient but also great value for money. I had a lot of work done on my car prior to selling and Simon was professional, upfront and efficient. While driving the car back home, another small problem arose, upon taking the car back to it was quickly fixed free of charge. Simon really saved me a lot of hassle when he booked my work van in last minute for a head gasket replacement a couple of months ago. I wouldn?t have been able to work without his speedy help. I?ve since brought my car back to him for a full service and few bits that needed doing. Simon was amazing - he saved our holiday after the exhaust on our car decided to detach on the motorway. He was super helpful and empathetic, and if we were locals we would 100% be getting all our car work done here.
