Room too hot, no aircon and windows sealed so no way to cool it down. Ended up with fan on full, but poor sleep as could not regulate temperature.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Bit miffed to be asked to pay for WiFi tho. Spend £4 at Costa you get free WiFi , spend hundreds on a room here and you don't get free WiFi.Nearby activities: Lots to see and do in Glastonbury, my favourite place in the uk. and a lot of lovely places to visit nearby. I particularly like wells, worth a walk around and it has a cafe called 'loaf' that is superb.Walkability: Plenty of great walks all around Somerset, the chedder Gorge clifftop walk is beautiful and only about 10 miles away.

I am always impressed at how consistent this chain is with cleanliness and comfort. This one is always busy but still remains quiet. I stay here upto 8 time a year for over 5 years and have never had a disturbed sleep because of noise.Nearby activities: Close to the town of Glastonbury and the Tor. So much to see and do from concerts in the old Abbey grounds, festivals and markets in the town, and various days, workshops and symposiums throughout the year. There is something here for everyone to connect with spirit, from the quiet of St margrets Chapel, the Abbey grounds and chalice well gardens to the throng of the white well, Glastonbury tor and constant events around the war memorial in the High Street not forgetting all the trinkets, arts and craft of every level and every spiritual tool you could ever need in the highstreet. There is a lot more here to see and do depending on how much time you have and how deep you want to go down the rabbit hole.

Classic Premier Inn. Clean, friendly staff, and pub next door.

Stayed here many times over the last couple of years, staff are always friendly, breakfast good.Slightly disappointed that I received 2 parking charge notices a week or so after our recent visit. I assume there have been changes to the car park and you have to enter your registration number on a touch screen (like most places now) but staff failed to notify us on check in.Managed to avoid paying the fines when I sent the car park management company a copy of our invoice, but it was an inconvenience I could have done without.

When I came to stay at the hotel, I honestly wasn't expecting much and didn't think it would be a particularly great experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The bedroom and bathroom were both spotlessly clean, and the rooms were simply decorated but cosy. The lighting was pretty good, and the room had a great number of mirrors (something which I personally believe is a neccessity). The shower pressure was great, and the bed was also super comfortable, with the room temperature being just the right amount of cool. The staff were really friendly and welcoming; and the walk to the town centre was about 30 minutes, which was not too bad. I don't really have anything to fault, but then again I did only stay for one night, so my review may not account for everything. However, I would say that it is a perfect hotel for short stays!

As always, love a night in a premier inn - the restaurant even brought me a gluten free cooked breakfast straight from the kitchen so I didn?t have to worry about cross contamination! ??

Toilet paper is not a normal roll but little sheets, it is a pain. If you have a lot of 'business', best buy a proper roll from the nearby Aldi.

I stay here regularly for work.It is what it is, cheap and cheerful.

We stay in Premier Inns fairly regularly, but this is not a good one! Cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, and there was no information in the room. Staff didn't seem concerned with helping with any requests (when they weren't standing outside the front door smoking) it's also very noisy. The food in the bar was not what was described on the menu, and I had to go and ask for our main course after an hours wait from the starter. I then had to go and ask for dessert. The crockery and cutlery were grimy, and the coffee machine wasn't working. Not one we will be returning to.
