Absolutely disgusting place, the owner thinks that she can treat staff with so much disrespect when she could do with a good tidy up herself!!!! Very racist and judgemental person!!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

Due to reasonable unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't have my original stylist, which I completely understood. So the owner/manager (Lisa), and the other 2 stylist (Tom and Beth) all worked together amazingly to make sure my appointment went as smoothly as possible. I was very anxious, before going in, but was immediately welcomed, reassured and made to feel at ease throughout. Left with a new hairstyle that I love. I have had numerous compliments since. Thank you Lisa, Tom and Beth.

Have been going to this lovely friendly salon for a couple of years now I recommend it to everyone! I always see Beth. She listens to what I want and her advice has enabled me to get my hair back in tip top condition. I'm in my 50s and before I started seeing Beth my hair had thinned and lost its bounce. Beth has given me my natural curls back, knows how to cut it just as I like it and her highlighting and colouring skills are amazing too - I like to change my colours regularly! Good prices too especially compared to some of the quotes I'd had previously from the other High Street salons which leaves me more than enough to get my brows and lashes done as well.

My Nan was ignored and refused the advertised drop-in appointment simply because the two women at reception wanted to chat and have lunch together.My lovely grandmother popped into this salon a few weeks ago after seeing the sign outside inviting drop-in appointments. The two women at the reception were leaning on the counter carelessly with their heads in their hands, chatting on the desk. My Nan waited to be acknowledged but stood there and had to wait for them to finish their private conversation. The women refused to see my Nan as apparently it was 'their lunchtime'. No apology. Not even a friendly smile. They clearly didn't care about providing a hair cut, let alone any degree of polite customer service or even the slightest ounce of human care or interest in just being friendly to a kind elderly lady - they were more interested in continuing their chat and having lunch together.It's worth mentioning that there was not one other customer in the salon at the time, it was completely empty, and my nan's hair is short and thin, so a quick and friendly trim wouldn't have taken more than 10-15 minutes.

I recently visited the salon to get a full head of highlights and was treated by a new employee Tom. From the start he was amazing and extremely attentive to my wishes and aims. He recommended colours that I did not consider and to say I am happy with the result is an understatement. His care to detail really made my results event better. Definitely recommend him and the salon. !!

Lisa did an amazing job from taking my black hair with natural grey highlights and transformed it into a gorgeous mahogany red. A team of super friendly staff who kept the atmosphere light and cheerful whilst delivering such a great service. I had a haircut here a couple days ago and I will definitely be coming back, I regret not asking for my hairstylist name since she was incredibly nice and friendly and did my hair amazingly. I am so pleased with my hair after visiting the salon today. I was feeling fed up with the style of my hair and the colour ( I usually colour it myself) and I really fancied a change. With Matilda?s guidance we chose the colour and she cut and styled my hair exactly as I requested. Thank You so much Matilda you made me feel like a new woman today and I?ve already had several compliments as well.
