I ventured into the card factory in keynsham high street on Monday morning and the hospitality which was shown to me was beyond perfection. The lady on the till could not have been more helpful? I only went in for two cards and came out with an empty wallet because so many other ideas were suggested to me, and it made perfect sense to buy more than I needed as the initial 2 cards were for special people so I pushed the boat out. Thanks again to the lady on the counter for all of her help. I believe her name was Sonia (On her name badge). Will return very soon.

Wanted Christmas card for Son and Daughter in law didn't have any, bought 3 boxes of 10 Christmas cards only to find one box had 10 cards but only 6 envelopes, not happy.

Just got back and the two women staff stood by doorJust awful stood there so rude and blunt to customers , talking about over people between themselves I qoute " she looks like mutton dressed as lamb" then talking down to the young boys staff on tills honestly awfulSuch a good shop but the worst experience for a customer

Cheery cards sold by miserable staff.I don't understand why the staff in this small shop look so grumpy all the time. Maybe mum was telling the truth when she said "if the wind changes direction your face will stay like that," or maybe they weren't hugged enough as children, or maybe they're sick of seeing people with something to celebrate? Either way, if you're feeling a bit happy and need to 'cheer yourself down' - maybe for a funeral or other sombre occasion, then 5 minutes in this shop should do the trick.The shop has a reasonable selection of affordably priced cards and some other giftware. Cards are marginally more inspiring than in a supermarket, but are quite limited to very well known occasions - for example there are no Women's Day cards (in 2020). There aren't many blank cards, and no local cards. The aisles are too narrow to be comfortable with buggies or wheelchairs. Sadly the miserable service is all that makes this shop memorable.
