THE DRIEST pizza of all time!!! Ordered 2 pizzas with classic crusts. Instead got two pizzas that, to put it politely, tasted like cardboard. Put half of mine in the bin. Gutting.

Terrible place will never give my custom again until management is changed!!!This used to be a great store under previous managers but now it?s a shamblesHad orders deliver and was delivered stone cold. Late, and Missing part my order.My order said it was delivered and it hand to chased the store and ring several times to no one answering the phone. Was told it was out in delivery after I told them app said was different, they fobbed me off saying it was a tracker issue glitch.Finally my order well part of it was delivered.I spoke to the driver, and was told that the managers been checking drivers back in when they?re still out on older delivers just so she can meet her targets. And then rush out new orders in delivery, despite the fact they were in the store getting cold!It?s disgusting that the manager is prioritising targets at the expence of customers paying for this.Drivers doing best they can and the management is what?s crippling the customersManagers needs to be fired

Do not order delivery!! Ordered several pizzas a few weeks ago and it took 2 hours to arrive, predictably cold. If you can?t fulfil a service don?t advertise it. Called several times chasing it and was told I would get a full refund. No refund was made. You can?t run a business like this.

Rude and dismissive staff. Used to order from here often, however seriously reconsidering this.I ordered food for collection and came from a long shift at work.I've been stood at the counter for almost ten minutes. They know I'm here but have not even acknowledged me. Not even to say sorry we are running behind etc etc.Plain rude and uncalled for. Last 6months or so this place has really gone downhill. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to wait a long long time for cold pizza that isn't worth paying for

Having the same issue twice in recent orders from this branch. On this occasion I ordered at 7pm, tracker said delivered at 7:45pm, phoned at 8pm and they said it was on the way as there is a bug with the tracker. Still not received food at 8:30pm, phoned to check and told that their system says it was delivered and they were going to check with the driver. Ended up driving to the store at 8:45pm, as I arrive the driver phones to deliver. Get home and the pizzas are cold and missing part of the order. Will not be ordering from this branch again and would not recommend this branch as there are constant issues.

Unfortunately it came 30mins later than estimated wait time, which we can understand if they are busy.But the food was stone cold and dried out and very few toppings.In all, rubbish..

So far: inefficient, incompetent, rude, dismissive. Not sure where they get their staff from. All orders are late. Even during the week. Phoned today (Thursday) to enquire about a credit on our account ( presumably) due to last order being 2hours 30 minutes late, only to be spoken to like a 14 years old.... The girl said phone back in 30 min cuz We're too busy right now... With no clarification to my query.Someone please get more staff into that branch because they are overwhelmed and it leads to inefficiency and lack of care by the employees.

Ordered online and waited hours for the delivery only to turn up cold. Had to warm pizza slices in the microwave to eat.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered at 7:30, called at 9:15 to be told the driver had returned due to a glitch in the system. Was told pizza was leaving ?now? and would be with me in 10-15 minutes. 40 minutes later, still no sign of it. Now can?t get through to the store. DO NOT USE!
