I always love a good kfc. However, i went to get my family meal for the night through drive through. Everyones order was on point, but mine, i asked for zinger burger and i got given a tower burger, which i didnt realise till i got home.... i cant eat pork and there is bacon in it. Not to add aswell that the manager, who was also in the que, came uo to the window when i was paying and told them theyre doing it wrong and hurry up, just rude.

Received 2 wrong orders from the drive through now, my coleslaw was missing from the first one and there was one less piece of chicken in the second.
I was not given any receipt either, difficult to stop and check when there are cars queuing behind you but will make sure I do carefully from now on if I go back again....

Worst kfc to date, went in the drive thru and a Pakistan man asked my order which was all rushed very fast I then drove to the window and was not greeted by the woman again Asia possible Pakistan lady asked for my money I received the change no receipt got back to my home opened my burger box to find the singer burger was completely dry with no sauce only a bit of salad I had a small tub of beans and I wasnâ??t even asked for sides?! If I know I would of had the corn on the cob, wish I took a picture it was so dry and tasteless, Iâ??m not racist I just want to describe my ordeal as best I can so who ever reads can know how it was and what went wrong, lack of polite friendly service but worse was the food quality who ever made that up knew they were doing something wrong and if I didnâ??t drove back home I would of gone back in and showed everyone the burger on the counter!!

Gone downhill massively! Used to frequent this franchise on a regular basis, however no more! My favourite burger, the zinger tower, would usually hold a thick, moist piece of chicken breast. However on my last visit you could barely even make out the chicken, it was literally a few millimetres thick, no exaggeration! Not to mention a hugely limited menu, I am steering well clear in the future!

Staff are very friendly, service was very quick. Chicken had a crispy coating and was steaming hot and tasty. Sadly the chips let it down, luke warm and stale tasting and flavourless, think they'd been sat there a while, if they had been hot and crispy everything would have been perfect.
