Great carnival, well done to the club's who turned up, to do all of the carnivals, proper hardcore not needing a break. Toppers by far stood out this year and looked great coming around the turn into the high street. nice to see a cart/float like this in Norton. very well organised carnival that my littleuns loved.

Midsomer Norton Carnival is the largest community event in the Somer Valley providing an opportunity for the whole community to come together for an evening of glittering spectacle consisting of large illuminated carts, walking groups, masquerade pairs and individuals along with countless community groups and trade entries. We attract some of the most spectacular entries, both fully mounted on massive 30 metre long, 5.5 meter high and 3.5 meter wide light-encrusted wonders of engineering and entertainment, to spectacular and ingeniously themed walking entrants.
