A quality place for a relaxing pint. Lovely ale and atmosphere. Brilliant, helpful staff. No noisy jukebox to annoy social drinkers. Great proper pub.

We only visited the bar but that had a very good beer selection very reasonably priced.Slightly out of the way, but worth the extra 5 minutes.Food & drinks: Beer sele tonight very good and cheap.
